LVMH’s (Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy) ACQUA DI PARMA COLLEZIONE BARBIERE SHAVING CREAM is arguably the crème-de-le-crème of all shave creams on the market. Steeped in Italian shave tradition and 100 plus years of classic men’s cologne, Acqua’s shave cream provides a luxurious shave for even the most demanding man. At $55 retail, it needs to do all that and then some!
The Package:

ACQUA DI PARMA’S SHAVING CREAM is packaged in a work-of-art round brown and yellow box with the Acqua Di Parma crest embossed in gold. Once you open the gift, you’re greeted by an elegant 4.4 ounce round glass cylinder of shave cream complete with a stainless steel-looking top. Refined and polished.
The Product:
At its root is Acqua Di Parma’s shave cream is laced with its classic men’s cologne. I don’t know any man or woman alive that can resist this light, airy, crisp citric scent. Capable of taking you off to a faraway place, Acqua like all other fine parfumeurs precise formula is hush-hush. But I suspect bergamot and perhaps coumarin or oakmoss to be on the short list.

You will NOT be disappointed. Grab a small amount of cream from the container with the tips of your fingers and get ready for luxe lather worthy of Italian courtesans. For classic badger brush boys, warm your mug up and prepare as usual.
It’s expensive. This product is way beyond most if not all our budgets.
