The best thing about this shave lotion was its smell, and the tingle you get from the mint and aloe. Initially, the product appears to have the consistency of lotion and the smell of spearmint gum, but as you place it on your skin the aloe mint combination soothes your skin with a cool refreshing feeling. Even though this product does not foam it does a great job moisturizing your skin and beard preparing for the shave. I would suggest leaving it on a minute or two prior to shaving.
This product requires you to use a large portion in order to cover entire face and neck. Its consistency makes is semi-messy in the container it was in, I would suggest the company use a pump dispenser.
The product works well. I would recommend it to an individual who has never used a non-foaming shaving cream. Even though you have to use a significant amount of the product, you can purchase it for $3-5 giving it an overall justified value.
